Ingredients
5cl of Medronho Smooth
3cl of Lemon Juice
2cl of honey syrup
2.5cl of egg white
3 ice cubes
Preparation:
Add all ingredients in a shaker, shake vigorously and strain into a pre-chilled champagne flute.
Decorate with a dash of angostura bitters.
